Model History & Updates:

The Triton/L200 has been in production since 1978, with the 5th generation launched in 2015. A significant refresh in 2019 introduced a new fascia and taillight design inspired by other Mitsubishi models like the Eclipse Cross and Pajero.

Engine & Performance:

Newer models, like the Next Generation Triton, feature a 2.4-litre Bi-Turbo diesel engine delivering 150kW of power and 470Nm of torque, paired with a newly developed 6-speed automatic transmission.

Chassis & Towing:

Built on a new frame chassis using high-tensile materials, the Triton is designed for demanding terrains. It boasts a maximum braked towing capacity of 3.5 tonnes, enhanced by features like Trailer Stability Assist.

Interior & Features:

The Triton offers SUV-like comfort in its interior, with premium features like leather interior and highlight stitching available in higher trims like the VRX.
